Shipping Policy
We at EPCWW create all of our products in the shop by our machines and our hands. None of your products are outsourced to a distributor. That being said we have varying lead times for larger products such as our Flag Plaques, Awards, Wall Art and Custom Awards.
Typically we request 10 to 15 business days for processing and all of our larger orders are shipped viz UPS Ground. Typically taking 3 to 5 business days for delivery after completion of products and delivery to shipper.
Once it has been handed over to the carrier, we have no control over delays or missed deliveries. All orders have insurance. If you receive a damaged product, please take photos of damaged box, product and shipping label for claims processing.
Return & Exchange Policy
EPCWW believes that our products are quality products made right here in America. We are proud of the craftsmanship provided on all our products.
Due to the custom nature of our products, such as the awards, wall art and other products. We do not provide refunds and all sales are final.
