Store Policy

Here at EPCWW we take great pride in everything that we do. When creating our products, we make it as if we were making it for ourselves. During the process, we create a draft of custom products and keep you involved in the decision making process.

It is very important that you review that every word is spelled correctly and grammatically correct on the draft. We will require you to write "Approved" in your response to confirm its exactly how you want it. Once we have that approval; it goes to the machine for creation. Any errors that were approved will not be the responsibility of EPCWW. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom products.
